 Breakfast Eat a bowel of  whole grain cereal with soy milk  or eggs with low fat chedder cheese w/Grapefruit or grapefruit juice.

Snack Idea Low Fat Yogurt w/ Fruit ,Peanut Butter with cerlery,Beef or turkey jerkey

Lunch low fat Chedder Cheese and Turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread  w/ low fat condiments Raspberry tea

Dinner Lean meats and beans with lots of green vegetable.

Later for a night time snack you can have Low fat Ice cream or low fat pudding
